We had an overall okay experience at Pangu 7 Star. The lobby was nice, and the service was good. The indoor pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. Our junior suite room was spacious, although it didn't feel as luxurious as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Despite some minor issues like the lack of luggage racks and the distant TV, we had a decent stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff are really helpful and patient to introduce hotel's facilities. I must say this is the only hotel I fully satisfied with the service.

During my recent stay at Pangu 7 Star Hotel, I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail. The small touches in the room made me feel pampered and well taken care of. I especially loved the TV in the bathroom and the amazing shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the coffee facilities in the room, perfect for starting the day off right. The top floor bar offered stunning views of the surrounding area and the jazz band added a delightful ambiance.

Poor customer service with staff not being very accommodating or friendly towards us during our romantic escape. Limited amenities offered and poor attention to detail in the upkeep of the hotel.

The service was good, however, there was a small issue with the response time of the staff when addressing our requests. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing not to love.

I stayed in a hotel near the Olympic stadium, which was great for attending events. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a pool and gym for guests to use.

The staff's English could be improved, making communication a bit challenging at times.

Complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch, as was the included breakfast. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the view from our room was beautiful. The location was also great, with easy access to public transport and close to important attractions.

During our New Year stay, the hotel was extremely crowded and staff seemed overwhelmed. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and we had to call housekeeping.
